With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), AssocRICS, and hold an MSc in Building Surveying. My background includes extensive work for housing providers, giving me a deep understanding of compliance pressures, including the requirements of Awaab’s Law.
We are Part 35 compliant, and I have been appointed on numerous occasions by the court to prepare Part 35 expert witness reports, ensuring our work meets the highest evidential and procedural standards. All surveys are undertaken in accordance with RICS and CIOB professional standards, BRE guidance, relevant HHSRS requirements, and applicable British Standards.
